Deadlines and timing for your order to be made: ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE / NON-RETURNABLE Between January 1 - August 1, lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks (allow several more weeks for XL and Jumbo Trees) After August 1, if the item(s) you desire must be made, order completion will be sometime after the New Year. (This is due to our end-of-year shows that take us away from making orders) Orders for Christmas delivery. *** Orders MUST be received before August 1. We require our shipments be made before the end of November for trees to have a chance to arrive to you in time. Orders shipped in December may not arrive before December 25th.

Choose Your Lights & Stars
Lights are glued in by hand. Please let us know if you do not want the lights glued in when you order -note: this may reduce the total number of lights.
Also choose your light color. Multi, Christmas (Red, Green, Crystal),or solid colors of all Crystal, Red, Green, Aqua, Gold, Pink, Purple, Orange or Dark Blue. Or whatever custom variation you want! Tree Sizing
Fifth Avenue Designs Inc Ceramic Christmas Tree height is measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the tree or star (where applicable.)
Tree Sizes - see sections below (All dimensions are approximate and with tolerance of +/- 10%):
Small - Height less than 13"Medium - Height 13" to 16"Large - Height 17" to 22"XL - Height 22.5"to 27"Jumbo - Height 28" or taller
Base Information
Bases are wired by hand with UL listed fixtures. Felt pads are added to protect your furniture. Bases are not typically interchangeable between tree designs. Ask and we'll advise if what you would like to do is possible.

Terms & Conditions

If you are a North Carolina resident, please advise the county where you live as tax rates vary from county to county. We will confirm your order by phone or e-mail with the total invoice amount to obtain your payment information. For orders, full payment of the item(s) less tax, shipping, insurance and handling is required prior to our hand-making your item(s). Tax, shipping, insurance and handling will be billed at time of shipment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, and cash. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
If you pay by check, please mail to:Fifth Avenue Designs, Inc, 300 South Franklin Drive, Sanford, NC 27330 Once your check has cleared your order will be processed. Allow extra time for your order when paying by check.
 Shipments are made with the USPS. Shipping insurance is always added, as well as a $5.00 Handling Charge per box per order.
All items are hand-made and are non-cancelable/non-returnable.
We do not share our customer lists with any other company. We will never share your e-mail address with anyone.

Release of Liability

You are purchasing a ceramic item from this website. Once your item is received and found to be in good condition, Fifth Avenue Designs Inc shall be held harmless and released from all liability. In doing so you agree to hold Fifth Avenue Designs Inc, its owners, employees and agents, harmless in case of injury, accidents, or any other act which may result in injury or damage by use or misuse of any item purchased from this website. The purchaser shall assume all such liabilities.
Ceramics must be handled with care - just as you handle glass objects. Use common sense when using, transporting, cleaning and storing your ceramic item. Additionally, use caution when operating electrical devices which may accompany items sold on this website - especially the light sockets - DO NOT TOUCH LIGHT SOCKETS WHEN PLUGGED IN - KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN. DO NOT REMOVE THE CARDBOARD SLEEVE ON ELECTRICAL SOCKETS. Furthermore, there may some plastic parts that are small and sharp - be careful when handling and also keep away from children and animals. Always display and store your ceramic Christmas tree in a safe place (the original box and packing material make ideal storage units).
